ServiceNow Expands AI Education Initiatives to Prepare 300,000 Young Americans by 2027

ServiceNow is strengthening its commitment to AI education by supporting the Executive Order on Advancing Artificial Intelligence Education for American Youth. The company is equipping students, early-career professionals, and educational institutions with practical, hands-on experience in AI tools and development through a combination of existing programs and new initiatives.

AI NEWS – At the center of ServiceNow’s efforts is ServiceNow University, a comprehensive educational platform offering AI-focused training. By 2027, the company aims to train 300,000 young Americans, helping them gain essential skills for the AI-driven economy. Through academic partnerships with over 30 higher education institutions nationwide, ServiceNow embeds AI curriculum that impacts more than 5,000 students annually, providing them with meaningful exposure to real-world applications of AI.

ServiceNow also offers a Free Student Licensing Program, giving qualifying universities access to its platform and expanding hands-on learning opportunities. In addition, career development programming provides AI learning and skill-building opportunities for early-career employees or those transitioning roles, including internal internships supporting over 250 participants per year. The company’s partner ecosystem placement program further enhances workforce readiness, placing 75 Americans per year for the next three years in partner organizations to gain practical experience and career growth.
