- Toilets for all attendees and showers for volunteers
- Medical and safety personnel, high-speed Wi-Fi for all participants, and shuttle transport for local residents

- Community-focused programs in Searles Valley, ensuring local residents benefit directly
Ticketing:
- Up to 7,000 paid tickets at a maximum of $200 per 2-day pass
- 2,000 free tickets for Searles Valley residents (proof of local address required)
- Ticket revenue will not fund the base event costs but will be allocated to unforeseen expenses, future promotion, and continued development of AI Open-Air
- Volunteers are provided with tents, meals, and showers at no cost
