Deloitte Expands Access to AI Education Through Grants and Pro Bono Support

Deloitte is committing to a multi-year effort to advance AI education and workforce readiness, aiming to reach 3 million teachers, students, and workers over the next four years. The initiative will support more than 300 organizations and K-12 schools, helping build AI literacy and practical skills across the U.S.

AI NEWS – A key focus of Deloitte’s program is providing grants and pro bono support to nonprofit organizations advancing AI education. By funding and advising these organizations, Deloitte seeks to increase AI adoption in educational and workforce development programs, enhancing the ability of nonprofits to deliver on their missions while improving AI fluency among staff.

Deloitte is also integrating AI practices and toolkits into its faculty and teacher programming across high school and higher education programs. This approach ensures that educators gain hands-on experience with AI tools, enabling them to effectively teach and guide students in applying AI concepts to real-world challenges.

Additionally, Deloitte plans to provide grants and resources to train nonprofit staff on AI, further expanding the reach and impact of AI education across communities. By equipping educators and nonprofit leaders with the knowledge and resources to leverage AI, Deloitte is fostering a more skilled, competitive, and future-ready workforce.

Through these efforts, Deloitte is helping ensure that students, educators, and workers have access to the skills, tools, and resources necessary to succeed in an increasingly AI-driven economy, while supporting nonprofits in scaling their impact with intelligent technologies.
